This Is Not Justice…

A father has been jailed at a secret court hearing for sending a Facebook message to his grown-up son on his 21st birthday.

And no, it wouldn’t even be justice if we were allowed to see it done in open court.

After their parents’ divorce, the two boys chose to live with their father, following a series of rows with their mother over her new boyfriend.

But within a year of the divorce, Mr Johnson’s ex-wife made allegations to Essex social workers that he was neglecting the children and not feeding them properly at his smart family home.

An investigation by social workers cleared him of any wrongdoing and said the boys were fine.

A year later, in 2006, she made further allegations to social workers that he was mentally unfit to care for the boys.

Medical documents shown to the Mail by Sam and Adam reveal that Mr Johnson was examined three times by a local psychiatrist hired by social workers. The doctor wrote to social workers saying:‘There is no evidence of mental illness. I cannot understand why there are concerns about Mr Johnson’s mental health.’

Social services refused, as a result, to get involved.

Was that the end of it? Oh, no.

In 2007, the ex-wife started private care proceedings to remove the boys from their father. A judge put the boys under a ‘living at home with parent’ care order. It meant they would continue to live with their father, but under supervision by social services.

This care order was accompanied by the gagging order to stop an increasingly anguished Mr Johnson talking about the case publicly.

The boys are now adults – they can talk about it publicly. How long before they too fall foul of a court order imposed by an indifferent judge at the behest of a bitter ex-wife?

All in secret…

On the basis of what you have reported, JuliaM, this case is grotesque in the extreme and those involved, including the mother, should hang their heads in shame. The judge is not worthy of the title and system that allowed this man to be jailed needs to be completely reformed. I have a very low opinion of social workers, but from what you say, in this case, they have behaved correctly.

This most certainly cannot be justice: that justice must be seen to be done is more than a mere adage, it is a legal principle established almost a century ago.

And quite apart from secrecy’s perversion of justice, a lack of information in this case inevitably leads us to conclude that the judge is a vindictive fool who has opened his/her court – and the legal system in general – to far more contempt than a father’s birthday greeting to his adult son could ever have done.

There is so much of this happening now – I’ve just covered two separate issues on top of this. Injustice is riding high. The nasty part is that “injustice” is the exact word on the lips of the unjust who are doing this.

One case that has become public. One of THOUSANDS of equally egregious legal crimes against fathers that have been perpetrated by the Family Court not just in the UK but in all western, anglophile countries. Such cases are constantly noted and discussed in the Men’s Rights Movement. Letters are written to newspapers that do not print them. Letters are written to MPs who do not respond to them. University meetings to discuss what is happening to freedom, family, men and boys are swamped by feminists chanting Hate and accusing the men of hate. Newspaper ‘Women’s Pages’ constantly whine about sexism but always accuse men, never themselves.

Fathers for Justice used to protest and alert people to the issues. But they were infiltrated by feminists and undone.

The cause gets overlooked. Women who lie to Courts. They are never jailed for their lies. Perjury is a crime that has virtually disappeared for women. The lies wreck lives but employ zozchial verkers, but no-one insists perjurers be punished. So they go on lying, wrecking lives. Judges on huge stipends simply follow the rubrics laid down by feminists and punish men, fathers and children.

What does this case show us? NOTHING NEW.
