Yes, Feeding Pests Is Discouraged…

Steven Sayer, 51, claims a police officer grabbed him by the arm and turned off his disability scooter after he refused to hand over his personal details.

…and SHOCK HORROR, a policeman will detain you if you refuse to give your details.

Even if you wave your Disability Victimhood Card so vigorously, you are in danger of taking off.

“I’m disabled with ME, prolapsed discs and otiose-arthritis, and now I’m banned from New Road for handing out sandwiches to the homeless.”

Yup, anything that attracts a nuisance or a public health hazard can result in an ASBO for the feeder, so be warned!

    ‘Otiose’? Surely some mistake?

‘otiose’ = serving no practical purpose or result

Totally incorrect, it’s keeping him in benefits!

You don’t see them on the streets of Rome on New Year’s Eve either – apparently 83% called in a sickie for that shift. Suspect the Greek Plod were even worse.
Good to know all that EU support we pay for is getting spent wisely.

I’d be happy to see some EU cops over here on an exchange program – the French riot police are much less ‘hands off’!

Homeless scruffy drunks are not acceptable – they reduce shop traffic and sales. In our brave new world these blots on the landscape must be moved out-of-sight, perhaps relocated to the outskirts of cities, so the well-off are not offended as they merrily shop. Paris has the right idea – build ghastly low-quality apartment blocks a long way from the city centre and forcibly relocate their unwanted unemployed(who are mainly of Algerian descent). The now heavily-armed police will contain the huge problems these inhumane policies are fermenting. Irony? Perhaps.
