Started well, went downhill from there …

Mixed Sunday – good a.m. with friends from Oz on Twitter and the football. Turned to the Beeb and more good news:

boaty mcbf

Boaty McBoatface has become the overwhelming choice in a public vote to name a £200m polar research ship.

The name, suggested by former BBC Radio Jersey presenter James Hand, went viral, crashing the Natural Environment Research Council (Nerc) website.

Boaty McBoatface was the runaway winner with 124,109 votes. The second most popular choice, Poppy-Mai, had 34,245.

Isn’t that nice? The people being collectively naughty in that quirky way – let there be more of it. However, something had to sour it, didn’t it?

Nerc said that according to its competition rules it would have the final say on any name.

Ah, like the American primaries, eh?

Donald Trump supporters walked out of a delegate election in Georgia Saturday to protest a vote that robbed Trump of all of his slated delegates from a district that he won in the primary.

A Cruz-Rubio alliance at the district convention in Buford, Georgia helped to knock Trump supporters out of the district’s national delegation altogether. Cruz supporters implied that Trump’s people would “embarrass” the district at the convention in Cleveland. Then things got heated.

“This morning, I attended Georgia 7th Congressional District GOP convention as a delegate and a Donald Trump supporter. We were there to elect the 3 delegates and 3 alternates to the national convention,” Ronnie Kurtz told Breitbart News.

“Per the primary results, two slots were for Trump, and one was for Rubio. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) finished third in the primary and had no delegates allotted to him…Nonetheless, the hall was stacked with Cruz delegates.”

Just how this can actually happen in a vote for an eventual [possible] president is astounding. Yes, it’s always been, yes Trump is showing it up. No, I hope Trump does not do a Buchanan and then drop out, having made his point.

It’s not so much the GOP bosses and their endemic corruption, along with the Democrats, it’s not so much the GOP rules which allow those bosses to ignore a popular vote of members, it is the Cruz supporters crowing over this.

Actually thinking that sneaking behind a candidate’s back, the one who has won the state, whoever that happens to be and stealing his delegates through Tricky-Dicky games – that that is fair enough, all part of good clean fun. No it ain’t, it is corrupt. It may be the rules of that party but what sort of rules are they?

And to pretend he’s a Christian is just too much to take. I fronted a Cruz supporter and asked how he felt about the dirty tricks. “It’s the rules,” they keep saying, chortling to themselves. I pressed him more. “It’s important the right candidate is nominated.”

Right candidate? A lying man who pulls such stunts to get into power? A man who is not a natural-born citizen, he is a naturalized citizen. He is a natural-born Canadian.  And above all, he was trailing in the delegates badly before he began going back to states already done and stealing. Not for me to speak about the Good Lord’s position on this.

Speaking of people claiming they’re Christian [says he], what about this Pope?  There was always something deeply fishy about Ratzinger going that way and this man being brought in.

But these 12 economic migrants from Lesbos, with their mobile phones, takes the biscuit. Not unlike a child who brings home a stray cat and is miffed when the parents don’t immediately embrace all the strays in the neighbourhood. The child does not respond to the parents’ question – who’s going to feed it, where is it going to stay?

What of all the strays who were not selected to be plucked out of obscurity? And on the economic migrants, why are they even there on Lesbos? No mention of the political PsTB who colluded to create this situation of displaced persons who should be home in their own country.

And the utter gall of smug SJWs saying it’s most unChristian not inviting in the hordes, I say it’s most unChristian to one’s own people, to those being used as political footballs anyway and to world stability for a man in his position to be condoning this.

And what’s this rubbish meant to mean?

stupid man

No most people are not. They may have been in the middle ages. Most are indigenous but not for long if this goes on. And those indigenous had a culture and underpinnings which the PTB are trying to snuff out.

A local paper here had a picture of toddler migrants on a rug and how the local area is welcoming hundreds of them, open your hearts. What utter lies! It is majority jihadis who are poised to come in, with a sprinkling of women and kids to make it look good and give photo ops.

where are the women and children

Prepare for attacks inc rape in the area, of thieving added to the local thieves, of fights in the street. Once a sleepy hollow, prepare for a Brave new World the PTB want you to have.

And people such as us are castigated for our cold-heartedness in not falling for it, for writing such things as this post.  There is a well known song:

There’s a time for everything, including compassion but there is also a time to firmly say, “No!  No, you shall not pass.”

It is in no one’s interests except the PTB who want chaos for this flood to pour in. Those people should be safely at home and the west, if it is going to strafe ISIS etc., does not do it this weekend but years ago.  That’s the real crime going on. Funding ISIS after having created it … but this is old ground, isn’t it?

This man, the Pope, is wrongly conflating two things. He is using scripture to admonish those who will not embrace, when it is a time to refrain from embracing.  No one is saying they can’t come in via the official channels of application and consideration of the application, a certain small number each year, as long as they speak the language before hitting the shores.

There is so much wrong in Turkey and Saudi flatly refusing to help their own neighbours, in fact funding those killing them and then having the unmitigated gall to reproach us, in our own countries, for not opening all the borders.

sjw

And the sheer idiocy of the left who flatly refuse to see that these are rapists and killers pouring in, by their own words determined to take over the host nations. It’s not as if they don’t even state it, they do. We see it happening weekly.

Who are these idiot do-gooders who have not the brain to see what is going down here with the collusion of the media and the PTB behind the media?  If I, a Samaritan, see a man fallen by the wayside, then of course I will stop and help, as long as it’s not just a drunk. No virtue signalling, any one of us I believe would help if it were a genuine situation, at least to phoning 999.

Case by case scenario. One by one, taken on his or her merits, according to who the person is and his/her situation.

Not open slather and the Pope has no right to misuse scripture to support Them’s agenda.  That is cynical evil.

Those old jokey idioms, goes – it must be so obviously thus……. people ask; ‘does a bear sh*t in the woods’?

    Or,

    ‘Is the pope a Catholic’?

Benedict, a thinker and deeply orthodox but in a post modern world, JEEPERS he just didn’t cut the mustard, thus, he was shoved out to pasture, maybe he was too staunchly, Catholic?
Whereas, Francis has come in and lo and behold a south American Jesuit loves Cultural Marxist precepts, now there’s a surprise! ……….The SJ’s went ‘liberal’ where Gramsci-Marxism bit deep and during the C20th – years ago. Some might say, the problems of the RC church stem not from the financial wizardry of the bent as a hairpin curia but from the SJ actually renouncing ‘The Word’, and therein: Catholicism.

Musing, seeing as Goldman Sachs dislodged Harper in Canada and Abbot in Australia in order for their great scam agreement to be signed up to in Paris. Verily did we observe, the church used to make a killing on the indulgence lark (can you see where I’m going here?). GS gravy train carbon credits market or aka money for fresh air – looks as though GS will make a financial killing selling never never certificates…. YUP, old Francis was roped in to corral the flock and to exhort and use influence of the RC electorate to convince, arm twist the political claque to sign up……….did GS-the liberal elite have their man installed – who now runs the VATICAN…………..? Who will gainsay it?

    “is the pope a Catholic”?

A last thought, who has vetted these Syrian gimmegrants? Could it be, as EU authorities are finding out in Belgium, where Salafist, battle hardened, in the war zone of the Iraqi-Syrian theatre, living cheek by jowl within its EU nexus are trained killers – who are running rings round the authorities…………. In time, will we find out later that, these ‘families’ were always Isis jihadis? and gullible naivety, stupidity, allowed, caused a bomb to be set off in the holy city.

It would make a smashing movie, if any were still around to make it.

English Christianity, was the answer, devout people in strong well knit parishes, not the ersatz Emperor Constantine I (Roman version) he was no Christian.

But another faith, weft of England and the Saxon English, dating to Alfred, St. Bede and back to Augustinian Canterbury. A devotion, steadfastly pragmatic and always; England, family and God in that order.
