The world according to Twitter

Our Julia introduced me to tweeting, a most effective way of getting the point across around the world:

It all comes down to whom you allow on your time line – she, in a lightheaded moment, allowed me in to torment her:

The thing is, it tends to be far more international than the blog [not really counting US and Oz as international], a different catchment area:

And things come through all the time which are interesting snippets:

Not forgetting the domestic:

Some just left field:

There’s a strong American quotient and most of us have twitter friends over there:

But never forgetting home:

There is no better medium for recent events:

And who said you were stuck at 140 characters?

One can go all feminist at will:

Or just retweet the ordinary:

One meets mates along the way:

Not just in one’s own country – can’t beat this sort of detente:

And it’s not all political. Last one for now:

Ah but there again, Matthew had it:

“Give not that which is holy unto the dogs, neither cast ye your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.”

    Matthew, 7:6

Ken what I mean James? πŸ˜‰
