Two of the good people replaced in left establishment war of attrition

Just how quickly today posts become outdated!:

Someone care to tell me how this is like-for-like?

# Hugely disappointing they have chosen to appoint a lefty but then again they know full well that this Govt will do nothing to correct their blatant bias. Ever since Cameron had the chance but chickened out the BBC have known they can be as biased as they want and nothing, absolutely nothing will be done. They can carry on with complete impunity, safe in the knowledge their unique funding method will ensure nothing untoward will happen.

# He said on Twitter that he wants his weekends back. He’s been working Sundays for over 15 years I think. He will be sadly missed. More Sunday lie ins as the rest of them are rubbish compared to Andrew. But to give the job to someone so bluntly Left is just ludicrous. Lower viewing figures will show that.

# Well that’s the Sunday Politics Show off my menu. I only watched it to see Brillo give ’em stick.

And not one word from the useless Tories about it. Daughter of the effing Labour leader?

Just as I was about to write, ‘We supposedly defeated the leftist bstds and it was good having Brillo on the Beeb,’ not only is he gone but Gorka is gone from the White House:

For those not up to speed on America, and as so many pundits flooded the net to say – Bannon may have been eccentric, Higgins relatively unknown but Gorka was a straight down the line MAGA loyalist.

Now Trump has fired all his loyalists, the ones representing the people who elected Trump, the 62 million. As one guy wrote, ‘He’s one of us, he IS us.’ And what’s in his place?

Neocons, establishment, military industrial complex, they now have their control back and Cohn, Trump’s financial adviser has already come out and attacked Trump. The President does not seem to see what has happened, he does not appear to be in control.

Ken Craggs adds:

Today [he sent this some days ago], the United States announced sanctions on Chinese and Russian companies and individuals for supporting North Korean weapons programs, including those dealing in Pyongyang’s energy trade and those helping North Korean entities gain access to the U.S. and international finance system.

Plus the Senate last night, our time, declared it was going after Assange, one of the men instrumental in electing Trump. And Trump is doing nothing about it. he appears to have lost control, except for his staged rallies.

He has lost half his base and the other half are saying nothing. Their man is coming out with diametric opposite policies to those he was elected on. Naturally, readers at this blog will shrug and ask, ‘Did we expect anything else?’

Well, naively, yes. Just a bit perhaps. We are moving towards civil disruption in both countries.

It may be Trump needs a breathing space, at the moment he is like a man who has sat on a porcubine he needs to take a break from the onslaught Bannon and Gorka have created for him otherwise he will achieve nothing but civil strife he needs to go deep just like his opponents and bide his time. As for here in the UK a Irish Lesbian is standing for leadership of UKIP I may join UKIP if I can vote for her, she’s butt ugly thats how I like them.

I’ve a more tinfoil hat idea on this -it’s been suggested with other figures, e.g. Popes. However, having no evidence whatever, best not to put it.

Just a bit more, on Assange, I think the police guard at the embassy are actually protecting him from death, he should now qualify to be a Ecudorian citizen and given diplomatic status?, just thinking.

Wonder if it’s been mooted. I read they want rid of him for financial reasons.
