Maybe What He Ought To ‘Give Back To The Community’….

…is his total absence from it?

Youth workers told the court that he is a “vulnerable young man” who will now be given an opportunity to speak to a psychiatrist for his own emotional wellbeing.

Ah, yes, the new meaning of the word ‘vulnerable’. Very much like the subverting of the word ‘survivor’, which Tim Newman has written about,

The boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted to robbing another boy of his cash, attempting to rob another boy’s money and stealing a £25 baseball cap from another youngster and assaulting him.

He also assaulted another boy after threatening to “knock him out” because he believed he was assisting police with an investigation into an offence.

How lovely! What do his parents (assuming there’s two of them in his life) have to say?

His mother told the court: “His behaviour is quite up and down and that comes out in aggression quite a lot.

“He has special needs and I think they need to be assessed further.”

Ah, of course he’s got ‘special needs’. They all do, don’t they?

“He is really sociable but was really isolated.

“I think he is really confused.

“He struggles with how to deal with emotions.

“A therapist comes for an hour once a week in the evening.

“It is nice to have someone who is not emotionally involved to talk to him.”

She could almost be talking about a stranger, rather than her own child, couldn’t she?

And nothing from the father? How surprising…

He was handed a nine-month youth referral order which will include supervision and reparation sessions with youth workers in Brighton, aiming to get him to “give back to the community.”

I’m sure ‘the community’ will be delighted with that ‘gift’!

An application was made for a restraining order to stop the boy making contact with any of his victims.

Prosecutor Kirsten Sharp said his victims “might feel safer if they have the protection of the court.”

Magistrates decided that it was not necessary to make the order.

Because who cares if the assaulted children feel safe? This poor lost lamb is clearly the real victim!

    BY”He has special needs,…..”.
Of course he has. Such as someone else’s baseball cap, money stolen from other kids, and threatening others with violence.
Treat him with sociologists and psychiatrists and he’ll do it again.
Give him a good hiding and his special needs will disappear.

I think there should be an investigation of the political affiliations of all these judges who are handing out inappropriate sentences, because there is at the least a suggestion that they are implementing the cultural marxist policy of causing societal distress by their decision to leave wrong-doers unpunished and victims defenceless.

`Notable that youth referral contains all thewords for feral youth. He doesn’t need caring about, he needs beating with a stick until he learns to behave.

    …a £25 baseball cap…

What? £25? I have never bought one, companies give them away as free advertising.

It’s obvious “name witheld” is not alone in lacking brain cells.

Maybe, if/when we leave EU H&S will be rolled back and Darwinian evolution will resume.
